What does the 21-point home assessment involve?
A Certified Solution Expert will conduct a 21-point assessment and will take extensive photos of your entire property, including, but not limited to, the roofing system, chimney, gutters, window screens, AC unit, fence, the attic space, roof ventilation, and more. Depending on the damage found, this assessment could last anywhere from 15 minutes to one hour.
Every assessment comes with a personal link to the photos of your property and an in-depth Recommended Solution Report sent to your email or phone.
How will you make sure my property is cleaned up?
We use our Hammerhead “Shark Shield” System to cover and protect your home and landscaping from nails and other debris. This system greatly minimizes the amount of debris left behind in your yard after the roof replacement. Clean-up is important to us, so we’ll always leave your home better than we found it!
Will I have a dedicated point of contact during my project?
Yes, a certified Quality Control Manager will be on-site for every roofing project. You can rely on them to keep you updated and answer any questions you may have.

My roof is leaking. Do you provide roof repairs?
Yes! If you just need a minor repair, we’re happy to help. Many contractors are only interested in performing total roof replacements, but we’re in the business of helping you find honest solutions— no matter how big or small.
What warranties does Hammerhead Roof provide?
Every roof replacement comes with a 5-year in-house labor warranty. Additionally, all Owens Corning and Malarkey roof replacements come with lifetime material coverage.

We can get on-site for an inspection within 24 hours of your initial phone call.
